Larissa Babij is a Ukrainian-American translator, writer, and dancer based in Kyiv, Ukraine since 2005. Her translations have appeared in London Ukrainian Review, Krytyka, The Evergreen Review, and in numerous Ukrainian contemporary art catalogues.

Her book A Kind of Refugee, based on her wartime dispatches on Substack (https://akindofrefugee2022.substack.com/), was published by ibidem Press in 2024.
