Lily Holowinsky

Lily Holowinsky holds a B.A. in Fine Arts (painting) from Brandeis University and an M.F.A. in creative writing from Southern New Hampshire University. As an analyst for Global Logic, she writes, edits, and reviews content to improve LLM output for Google. During a recent project, writing and translating descriptions of Ukrainian images and culture, she was inspired to pursue Ukrainian translation in a wider context.

In the course of her brief time on this Ukrainian translation team for Google, she discovered TUSI.  With experience in teaching, editing, and administration, she looks forward to doing more in the field of Ukrainian translation after attending TUSI. Current projects include translating Maria (Kuzmowycz) Holowinsky's memoirs and three children's books by Lev Jackewych.
