Tetyana Dovbnya is a scholar, educator, and emerging literary translator with academic and pedagogical experience in both Ukraine and the U.S. Her work - rooted in linguistics, Slavic studies, literature, philosophy, and poetry – seeks to bridge linguistic nuance with cultural memory. A devoted believer in language as both art and insight, she brings empathy and intellect to all she does—whether teaching, curating Ukrainian film and poetry events for students of Ohio University, or translating voices from Ukraine’s overlooked modernist canon into resonant English.
