Viktoriia Spalek is a promoter of Ukrainian culture in Europe originally from Kharkiv, Ukraine. Together with her colleague Richard Pettifer, she works on publishing and translating the Dach Magazine, a print publication dedicated to contemporary Ukrainian writers.
